Meet Professional Cartoonists Every Second Saturday at the Museum
The Charles M. Schulz Museum and the Northern California Chapter of the National Cartoonists Society are pleased to announce a new partnership. On the second Saturday of each month, visitors to the Schulz Museum can meet and discuss cartooning with a professional cartoonist from the Bay Area. Visitors will have the opportunity to see the cartoonist work, ask questions, and gain a better understanding of the field of cartooning.
Saturday, October 9, the cartoonist is Kathryn LeMieux of "Six Chix" fame. Kathryn is also celebrating the tenth anniversary of the publication of her comic strip "Feral West" in the Point Reyes Light.
Saturday, December 12, the cartoonist is Tom Yeats, old school illustrator of "Zorro", "Tarzan", "Swamp Thing", and currently "Conan the Barbarian".
This program is included with paid admission to the Schulz Museum.
